Brentwood Park - 9100 Russell Avenue | At 13.5 acres in size, this park can accommodate the recreational desires of the whole family. It has a beautifully maintained baseball field, two softball fields, two soccer fields, restrooms, a playground, and a pavilion. Home to Brentwood Eagles baseball, the Annual Brentwood Days Festival, and the summer concert series, the park is a hub of local activity.
Broughton Park - Eulalie and Mary Avenues | Broughton Park is a quaint park of .3-acres nestled comfortably into a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Brentwood. It has a playground and a pavilion surrounded by an asphalt trail, as well as a few park benches. The trail leads onto the median of Dorothy Avenue and extends all the way to Rogers Parkway at Manchester Road, making for a nice walk or jog through the neighborhood (about 1/3 of a mile).
Hanley Park - 610 West Hanley Industrial Court | This 4.4-acre park offers a number of entertaining exercise options for people of all ages. It contains numerous fitness stations scattered along an asphalt fitness trail and wheelchair accessible paths, which join Hanley and Memorial parks. It has two sand volleyball courts with judge stands and lights, two tennis courts, and two handball courts. It also has one rental pavilion located near the restrooms and volleyball courts. Home to the City’s outdoor sand volleyball leagues and tennis lessons, Hanley Park if filled with playful and relaxing opportunities.
Memorial Park - 8600 Strassner Drive | This 15.5-acre park is Brentwood’s largest and most picturesque. Nestled in a well-wooded area, Memorial Park offers a cool, shaded atmosphere sprinkled with the relaxing sights and sounds of nature. The park holds two pavilions with barbecue grills, playgrounds, restrooms, drinking fountains, nature hiking trails, and asphalt trails (wheelchair accessible). Along the asphalt trails you will find beautiful arched bridges traversing winding creek beds, as well as various fitness stations for your use. If that isn’t enough, Memorial Park offers Brentwood’s own in-line skating rink.
Norm West Park - Pendleton Avenue | Norm West Park encompasses two acres of land with one soccer field. Property for the park was acquired through a Federal Emergency Management Agency buyout program after the floods of 1993. This park is used primarily by area schools and organizations for soccer practices and games.
Oak Tree Park - Florence and Porter Avenues | This lovely park provides a balance of urban forest and open space nestled within the residential community. The grassy hill slopes down to an open field perfect for a game of catch, Frisbee, or any other number of entertaining activities. Next to the field is a pavilion with a barbecue grill and a playground. The park features a wheelchair accessible asphalt path running alongside a flowing creek. There are a number of benches scattered along the path for you to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Oak Tree Park also has nature trails to explore.
Rogers Parkway - Dorothy and Manchester Road | Headed by a wooden deck that safely blocks the passage of wandering children onto Manchester road, this .4 acre park contains a playground, and an asphalt trail extending to Broughton Park.
